This band was founded in 1990 by Phillip Thurston. At that time it was called P.B.S. ( Purple Brain Stain ) untill 2008, when it was changed to Amoeba Tree.
I began my career as a production/engineer in 1990. Rehearsed with Kurt Cobain (Nirvana ), Lyne Staley (Alice in Chains ) and Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam ) inthe early 90's. In the mid 90's worked as producer for David Hayken (Kansas City). Performed with Phil Moheiren, Zack Barber, Ben Zigmon, and Steve Brown of the Overland Park pavilion circuit between 1993 to 1995. Performed with Forrest Thurston (Kansas City) between 1995 to 1997. Touring between1997 - 1998. Production for MultiMedia Music Inc. ( Las Vegas) inconjunction with Tony Socka 1998 - 2004.

Promotional projects with Chris Badia in various Las Vegas locations 2005 - 2007. Working with David Doran II of Mobile Sound Recordings and Kirsten records.since 2007. I am currently was working on the Alien Dog Album.
